What is it? 

A decision to invest in your growth as a startup leader. Learn about company building and operations in startups from leaders like me and get the chance to connect deeply with peers in similar roles and companies. The powerful pair of Kate Clayton and Ashley Prince Murphy have helped me build a learning experience and community for leaders that are running and building startups. 

Building this group has been one of the most joyful experiences I’ve had this year. It has grown into a supportive community that is learning and growing together. Speaking personally, I have loved connecting with and getting to know a broader set of talented leaders operating at companies across the tech industry. 

Our introductory intensive experience is 8 weeks and has 3 components along with a vibrant Slack community: 

1) Bi-weekly circles where you discuss topics and work through problems with a consistent group of peers — other operators leading growing startups. 

2) Bi-weekly “lessons” from me: I share some of what I’ve learned (and mistakes I’ve made) in building companies. 

3) Fireside chats with experienced operators like Claire, Lexi, Max, Geoff, and Jay.
