In this 4-part compilation of clips on interviewing, Molly shares insights to help people on both sides of the interview table. For Molly, hiring someone and being hired require the same skill in many ways: getting to know a person deeply enough to know if the fit is real.

For interviewers, Molly walks through how she runs a “motivation interview” to get past a candidate’s resume to what actually drives them and how she vets for hard-to-measure traits like “comfort with ambiguity”. And for those being interviewed, Molly describes the green flag she would advise looking for and the importance of avoiding a squishy yes.

P.S. If you liked this video, you may also appreciate Molly’s piece on Fit.
